Coliving & Coworking Booking Conditions
Thank you for choosing to stay with with Co-Nest at our Pop-Up Coliving & Coworking space from 14th March 2025 to 14th April 2025, in Hoi An! Below are the terms and conditions for booking and refunds:
Room Booking
- Online Booking: All room bookings must be made online through our website or via our Chat session. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred room as spaces are limited.
- Room Types: Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Room types include double rooms with pool views, private rooms with balconies, and shared spaces. Please check room availability on the booking page or with us before confirming your booking
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request but are subject to availability.
- Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking details and instructions for check-in, and how to reach to us.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for Cancellations: Cancellations made up to 21 days before your scheduled check-in date will be refunded in 75%. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged, and the booking will be considered canceled.
- Changes to Booking: Changes to your booking (e.g., dates or room type) are possible up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. After this period, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Currency Exchange
- All bookings will be processed in USD, EUR, or VND, depending on the currency selected at the time of booking.
- For international payments, currency conversion fees may apply. Please check with your bank or payment provider for further details.
- Prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Exchange rates are based on current market rates at the time of booking, and final charges will be based on the rate at the time of payment.
Payment Policy
- Payment Method: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking via credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available online payment methods. We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP or VND.
- Deposit: If applicable, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid upon arrival or prior to booking confirmation.
Additional Guests
- Guest Limits: Rooms are designed for single or double occupancy. Additional guests may incur an extra charge and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Visitor Policy: For security reasons, visitors may not be allowed to stay overnight unless previously arranged with management. Please check with us before inviting guests to your room.
Health & Safety
- Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or damages to the property.
Room Rules and Behavior
- Noise Levels: As we are a shared living space, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM). Please respect others' space and comfort.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
- Pets: We do not allow pets on the premises, except for service animals. Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements.
Damages and Liability
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property during their stay. A charge may be applied for repairs or replacements.
- Lost or Stolen Items: While we provide 24/7 security on-site, we recommend exercising caution with your valuable belongings. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen during your stay. Please make use of the provided lockers to store valuables securely.
Force Majeure
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the case of unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings. If this occurs, we will provide a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
Complaints and Disputes
- Feedback: We strive to offer the best experience. If you encounter any issues, please notify the community manager immediately so we can address the situation.
- Resolution: In case of unresolved complaints, guests can contact management directly. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local laws.
